The payment methods currently available for your purchase are displayed during the qorziva™ checkout process.

Available payment options may vary depending on your location, currency, device and the payment services supported by our online store.

When you submit an order using an online payment method, the applicable payment service may request authorization from your card issuer, bank or other payment provider.

An order may not be considered successfully paid until the applicable payment authorization or transaction has been accepted.

Payment providers or financial institutions may decline or delay a transaction for reasons outside qorziva™'s control.

qorziva™ operates its online store through Shopify. Checkout and payment information is handled through the checkout technologies and payment services made available through the store.

Depending on the payment method selected, payment information may be transmitted to and processed by the relevant payment provider, financial institution or other service provider involved in completing the transaction.

qorziva™ does not ask customers to send complete payment card details by ordinary email.

Product prices are displayed on the relevant product pages and during checkout.

Before submitting your order, please review the checkout summary carefully. The final amount shown may include, where applicable:

• Applicable discounts
• Shipping charges
• Applicable taxes
• Other charges disclosed during checkout

The amount presented for confirmation during checkout is the amount associated with the order, subject to any later adjustment required by an approved refund, cancellation or other applicable process.

Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may apply additional charges associated with your transaction, such as currency conversion or other institution-level fees.

Where such charges are imposed independently by your financial institution or payment provider, they are not controlled by qorziva™.

Please contact the relevant provider directly if you have questions regarding charges applied by them.

When a valid qorziva™ promotional or discount code is available, it should be entered in the applicable field during checkout before the order is submitted.

Promotions may be subject to specific conditions, product exclusions, minimum order requirements, availability periods or expiration dates.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot necessarily be combined with other discounts.

If your payment cannot be completed, first check that the payment information entered during checkout is correct and that the selected payment method is currently available.

Your financial institution or payment provider may also need to authorize the transaction.

If you believe an order was submitted but are unsure whether payment was successfully completed, contact service@qorziva.com before attempting repeated transactions.

Where a refund is approved under our applicable Return & Refund Policy, the refund will generally be processed using the original payment method where applicable.

After a refund has been processed, the time required for the funds to appear can depend on the relevant payment provider or financial institution.

Information provided during checkout may be processed as necessary to complete transactions, manage orders, provide customer support, prevent misuse and operate the online store.
